Just a quick update on both kids. Kacie's blood work showed that her BUN was 52 and her creatinine was 7.2. Brady's BUN was 98 with 4.9 as his creatinine count. The doctors are encouraged that both of them continue to move in the right direction. Brady is still on 24 hours of dialysis (350 mils for each of the 11 cycles). As of tonight Kacie will begin having dialysis 12 hours on and 12 hours off (1100 mils for each of the 9 cycles). Not much else has changed.

I'm glad that things seem on the healing/upswing... We think about you daily and pray for you many times a day. The girls always ask about you and my mom was saying how even though you aren't there, they are getting to know you better because they can see your strength and testimony through this tough time. I admire you more than words can say.
I'm glad to see Kacie smiling and love the picture of Brady hiding his little head. So cute! Glad you got your little outing to Star, as well. That was probably a nice and much needed break for Kacie. Let us know if there is anything specific you need. Love you!
Sure hope moving Kacie to only part time dialysis goes smoothly for all. That would be wonderful. Grandma Joan said Kacie had a tough morning Monday. It's sure an up and down cycle for you. You seem to have to suffer some the day after a fun outing time. Hope that part improves very soon, too. Love, Aunt Barbara
